Mission Statement We will facilitate communications and strategize with client-attorneys for successful resolutions between parties involved in medical-legal matters. We will provide assistance to attorneys involved in the legal process regarding healthcare and medical issues, including current and future costs, of cases or claims. We will research and integrate literature regarding healthcare, nursing and medical records. We will assess issues of damages and advise on causation relative to liability with the legal process. We will identify, locate, evaluate and confer with expert witnesses, as directed, to ascertain the best person for each situation. We will provide other professional services in collaboration with legal professionals supporting the process of adjudication of the medical-legal cases or claims. We will achieve our goals through the highest standards of professionalism and utilization of diversified nursing skills, support skills, and ten years of advising attorneys and other legal professionals.
